macrospots helps you discover restaurants and menu items that fit your dietary goals. Restaurant data, menu analysis, tips, and nutrition figures are informational estimates, often AI-extracted from public sources, and can be wrong or out of date. They are not medical or dietary advice. Always verify allergens and ingredients with the restaurant, especially if you have a medical condition or a severe allergy.

You sign in with an Apple or Google account. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use macrospots.

Some features require a paid subscription ("macrospots+"), billed through your Apple ID. If a free trial is offered, your subscription automatically renewsat the displayed price when the trial ends, and then at each renewal period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Prices may change; we'll give you notice before a change applies to you.

macrospots+ may let you share your subscription with a limited number of invited members. Invited members get macrospots+ features for as long as the inviting subscription is active and the invite isn't revoked.

Your referral code and invite links are for sharing macrospots with people you know. Don't spam them, post them deceptively, or use them to refer yourself. Any referral rewards may change over time, and we may withhold or revoke rewards earned through abuse.

You keep ownership of content you add to macrospots (photos, lists, notes). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service — for example, showing a shared list to the people you share it with. Don't upload content that's illegal or that you don't have rights to.

Don't abuse the service. In particular, don't:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the app or website;
• reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure;
• circumvent subscription limits or access features you haven't paid for;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
• use macrospots to break the law.

The macrospots app, website, brand, and our curated restaurant and nutrition database are ours (or our licensors') and are protected by intellectual property laws. Restaurant names, menus, and logos belong to their respective owners; we display them to help you find food, not to claim any affiliation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of nutrition data, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license for shared content, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

We may assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them — for example to a company that continues operating macrospots. Your rights under these terms are not affected by such a transfer. You may not assign these terms without our consent.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we'll notify you in the app when appropriate. Continuing to use macrospots after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia. If you're a consumer in a region with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep any rights those laws give you.
